Chief Executive Officer – Dr. Yang Fan Shing Andrew
Dr. Yang started to work after he finished primary education to provide basic means of living to his family.
He first worked in AIA International Limited as an office assistant and finished his secondary studies during his off-hour. He later transferred to be a salesperson and successively served as Vice President of AIA International Limited, Chief Executive Officer of National Mutual Insurance, and the Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Century Insurance Co., Ltd. After his retirement from Pacific Century Insurance, he established Cinergy Insurance Services Limited in 2006. He was also the Past President of the Life Underwriter Association and a member of the Baptist University Court. He has been devoted in the insurance industry for over 50 years and many of his pupils have become the pillar of Hong Kong’s insurance industry from which he is named as “The Father of Insurance”. Dr. Yang is a loyal Christian. He actively involves in the missionary and services in the church. In recognition of his devotion, he was awarded a theological doctorate by the Central Seminary of the United States in 2007. Dr. Yang holds the following professional qualifications and insurance licenses:

- Long term insurance;
- Long term insurance with investment-linked products;
- CFP Certified Financial Planner.
